Job Description:

Join Our Production Team! Are you ready to be a key player on our production line? We're looking for a motivated team member to help with assembly, production, and packing. You'll be on the floor for your entire shift, focusing on safety and quality to ensure our products are ready to go.

You'll get to:

• Work directly on our production and packaging lines.
• Help keep our facility clean and organized.
• Speak up about any safety or quality issues.
• Be a part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods. We'll provide training for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A few months of related experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.

Location: Wilmington, OH

Work hours: 03:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Dress code:

• Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
• Pants without any holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Closed toe and non slip footwear only.

To ensure strict compliance with local health department regulations and maintain the highest standards of food safety, all team members must adhere to the following grooming policies while on shift: Jewelry & Piercings: No jewelry of any kind is permitted in food preparation or service areas. This includes earrings, nose piercings, lip rings, and all other facial piercings. Nail Care: Nails must be kept short, clean, and natural. Artificial nails (acrylics, gels, wraps) and nail polish are strictly prohibited as they present a physical food hazard. Eyelashes: False eyelashes are not permitted in the workspace.
