Job summary

Randstad USA in Carson, CA is seeking a production worker to support daily line operations, loading, packing, and palletizing, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

This full-time role operates 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, requires following procedures, reporting issues, and maintaining attendance. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily line assignment as directed by department lead and/or line lead.
• Uses simple tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Loads, packs, and seals product into cases and palletizes as required.
• Performs job tasks in adherence to safety instructions and rules.
• Has the ability to function in a high paced environment and interact cordially with co-workers.
• Reports all issues and problems to Supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training, including stretching and hand exercises.
• Reports any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
• Performs area housekeeping as required.
• Performs only job functions that they have been trained on and fully understand.
• Is punctual, on time, and adheres to company attendance policies. Regular Attendance is an essential job function.
• May perform other duties as assigned and may be moved between production areas and assignments as needed.
