Balance Staffing is seeking a dependable 5DX/AOI Operator for Carrollton, TX. You will operate AOI/AXI inspection equipment, review results, and perform PCB inspections to identify quality issues. Training on AOI/AXI systems will be provided.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in manufacturing or electronics, strong attention to detail, and comfort with computers. This is a contract-to-hire position with 2nd shift and a starting pay of $17/hr plus a 5% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing, inspection, quality, electronics, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work independently.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and inspection processes.
• Ability to meet production and quality expectations.
• Reliable attendance with overtime/weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Operate AOI/AXI inspection equipment and review results.
• Perform visual inspections of PCBAs.
• Review defects and determine if they meet quality standards.
• Conduct additional verification testing when needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to resolve issues.
• Gather information to identify root causes of quality or process problems.
• Enter and review data in computer systems (SFDC, Agile, Excel).
• Communicate discrepancies to appropriate teams.
• Manage workload to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
