Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Industrial Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the CNC machining floor in Mason, OH.

You will supervise Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators, and Machinists, and coordinate production to meet schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• 2+ years directing operations of a manufacturing facility.
• 5+ years' CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing through production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct production for the 2nd shift, coordinating Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators and Machinists.
• Schedule production, manage throughput, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and sustain safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and safety/training to uphold policies and training.
• Develop high-performing teams and drive a culture of excellence.
