Champion Personnel in Willoughby, OH is seeking an Aerospace Assembler for the 2nd shift. You will clean and prepare metal components, perform light grinding, apply brazing paste, and operate brazing and spot-welding equipment in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

This contract-to-hire role offers steady hours, overtime and potential permanent placement. HS diploma or GED and 6–12 months of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed, repetitive instructions with precision.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare metal components using solvents and tools.
• Perform light grinding to remove imperfections.
• Apply brazing paste and assemble parts per detailed instructions.
• Operate brazing and spot-welding equipment.
• Inspect finished parts and document results.
• Report quality issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain clean equipment and workspace between cycles.
