Job summary

Adecco is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Lab Technician for a Los Angeles, CA location. This is a temporary assignment in a 3D printing technology environment. Shifts are 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., with flexibility. You will follow lab procedures, operate capsule filling and labeling equipment, inspect finished capsules, track materials, keep records, and uphold safety and cleanliness to support efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to lift and move production materials safely.
• Basic understanding of lab safety protocols.
• Reliable, collaborative, team player, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow lab procedures for mixing, measuring, and quality control.
• Operate equipment to fill, seal, cap, and label capsules according to batch specs.
• Inspect finished capsules for mechanical accuracy, resin consistency, and label usability.
• Track raw materials and completed capsules, conduct regular cycle counts and replenish as needed.
• Record and report production data and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with resin Production team members.
• Lift, move, and handle materials for production activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
