Job summary

Formlabs in Billerica, MA is seeking a 3D Print Production Associate for the 2nd shift. You will operate 3D printers, finish parts, inspect quality, and prepare orders for shipment. Training provided; no prior 3D printing experience required.

This full-time, hourly role offers hands-on learning across production stations, a collaborative team, and comprehensive benefits. Shift is 3pm–11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to grow in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and efficiently after training.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided).
• Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Stay organized and keep your work area clean.
• Work with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Help meet daily production goals.
