I I Stanley Co., Inc. is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift Maintenance Technician in Battle Creek, MI. You will perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including oil/liner changes, cleaning, cathode changes, and 5S duties, under the direction of the Maintenance team and reporting to Chris Young.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and mechanical experience. Preferred qualifications include mechanical aptitude testing, good communication, PM experience, and

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic mechanical experience required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance preferred.
• Good communication skills preferred.
• Experience with PLC/Robotics programming preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Execute PM tasks (oil/liner changes, cleaning, cathode changes/rebuild).
• Support 5S and overall equipment cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain records and assist with 30-day review process.

POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Reports to Chris Young

Basic Functions

Under the direction of the Maintenance, the Maintenance PM Tech will be responsible for Preventive Maintenance of Equipment on a daily basis. PM tasks- Oil/liner changes, Cleaning- vacuum/scraping/grinding, Cathode changes/rebuild, 5s, Filter changes. Position is subject to 30 day review.

Minimum Qualifications

• Mechanical experience

• Pass Mechanical Aptitude Test
• Good Communication Skills
• Preventive Maintenance Experience
• (VTI) Experience
• Electrical experience
• Molding/Coating experience
