Job summary

Aerotek in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Assembler for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, reading blueprints, quality inspections, and supporting production goals.

You will assemble components from drawings, perform line production tasks, conduct quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and train less experienced teammates. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM with first-shift training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Assembly line experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Assembly line experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Preferred

• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Experience in a fast‑paced production environment

Work Environment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.
