Maintenance Tech Positions

We are seeking to fill full-time 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician positions with a manufacturer located in Franklin, KY. If you possess the required skills and are looking to make a change, please respond with your resume.

Beginning Salary: $30.08 per hour

MUST HAVES:

• Manufacturing Maintenance Tech experience. Not military, apartments, etc. It must be within manufacturing.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech in manufacturing.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts. No 1st shift positions are open.

Typical Maintenance Duties:

1. Performs routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
2. Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and shop equipment.
3. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
4. Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and mechanisms.
5. Possesses basic knowledge of control systems and automated equipment.
6. Diagnoses problems with limited supervision and training.
7. Identifies and requisitions replacement parts.
8. Responsible for spare parts interfacing duties.
9. Trains operators to perform basic maintenance on machinery.
10. Shares knowledge with peers and works as part of a team to repair equipment.
11. Maintains good housekeeping in the department.
12. Supports 6S policies and practices actively.
13. Directs others in performing tasks in the absence of the supervisor.
14. Complies with all safety policies and reports unsafe activities.
15. Participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
16. Provides leadership through example and sharing knowledge/skills.
17. Performs other duties as assigned.
