Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Packer for the Chillicothe, OH facility. This role covers 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (10:30pm-7am) with potential overtime as needed.

The successful candidate will assemble, label, and package products, maintain ERP records, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good balance on slippery surfaces.
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and label boxes for production.
• Ensure seals, codes, dates, and prices are correct.
• Remove defective products from line.
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
• Enter production data in ERP system and track status.
• Maintain real-time inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Perform other ERP-related duties as assigned.
