Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance across production equipment and facility systems, with strong troubleshooting to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Shifts available: 2nd shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and 3rd shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. The role requires experience in manufacturing, blueprint reading, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across production equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Maintenance personnel ensure all machinery, equipment, and facility systems are maintained in proper working order to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Mechanical Maintenance Technician $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Electrical Maintenance Technician $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
