Recruiting Solutionsis seeking experienced anddedicated Molding Machine Operator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, especially those with experience in automotive molding and assembly operations. As a key member of our production team, you will perform manual labor tasks, operate molding machines, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety protocols.Position starts at $18/hour!

Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines according to work instructions.
• Perform general manual labor tasks, including stacking and packing assemblies and molded products.
• Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Follow and maintain detailed production records.
• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Abide by and contribute to 5S activities within work cell areas.
• Adhere to all company safety and operating policies.
• Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor to meet production needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing molding and/or assembly operations.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Capable of performing manual labor tasks and lifting up to 35 pounds.
