Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Richmond, IN seeks an experienced industrial maintenance technician to keep our manufacturing line running smoothly. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and install or align motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps.

The role requires reading schematics, welding, basic fabrication, and a strong safety focus. Work includes coordinating upgrades with production and engineering, documenting findings, and maintaining strict Lockout/Tagout

Qualifications

Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Welding and fabrication capabilities; PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair industrial machinery to keep production running smoothly.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to prevent unplanned downtime.
Identify faults across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Install, replace, and align motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and related components.
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and OEM technical manuals.
Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform welding and light fabrication when repairs require it.
Work safely at all times, following company procedures and standards.
Complete accurate work records for all maintenance and repairs performed.
