Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is looking for a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach equipment, and RF scanners in a controlled temperature facility.

Under general supervision, you will load/unload, stack merchandise, check freight for accuracy, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory and battery maintenance. Adherence to OSHA standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using proper equipment to move products to storage.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, check freight for accuracy and damage.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners in alignment with OSHA safety standards.
• Meet production standards and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
