Job summary

Victaulic is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Operator/Assembler in the Lower Nazareth/Commerce Park area of Pennsylvania. You will assemble and disassemble products manually or with automated equipment, load and unload on an overhead conveyor, and occasionally apply powder paint as part of the operations team.

Responsibilities include running assembly machines, following SOPs for quality, and handling material with forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift weights 5–50 pounds; typical 5–40 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Experience with hand/power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and tend assembly machines; clear faults on automated machines and assemble/disassemble parts.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality.
• Operate and inspect tools, dip tanks, paint lines and related equipment; assist setup and material handling; perform cleaning and waste removal as needed.
• Operate PIVs (forklifts) as required.
• Pack, inspect and prepare products for shipment or transfer.
