Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. Earn a competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with a performance-based bonus, 401k match, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles.

Positions are based in the Portland metro area, with clinics floating to multiple locations and a 34-hour work week; full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience post-graduation in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Job description

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

Earn a competitve compensation package, including a competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts
• $10,000 Float differential
• 401K with 4% employer match

• Paid Time Off of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING

• Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.
• Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
• Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
• Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

CLINIC LOCATION

• Floating to all clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
