Job summary

You will collaborate with electrical contractors and engineering firms, read specifications, and revise drawings based on client markups. A Bachelor's in Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential, with Autodesk Vault experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required.
• Ability to read contract drawings is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Autodesk Vault is preferred but not required.
• Ability to coordinate with department and sales teams.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D drawings for new jobs from provided drawings.
• Drawings include; panel schedules, one-line diagrams, room layouts, elevation drawings of switchboards and other drawings as required.
• Revise drawings based on markups from the customer or the Engineer on the job.
• Visit job sites to mark up and revise existing drawings per as-built conditions.
• Read Specifications and contract drawings for new jobs to provide what the customer needs.
