Job summary

eight&four is seeking a 2D/3D Motion Designer to join an in-house team within a top gaming client. You’ll create engaging content that blends storytelling with brand objectives, delivering slick motion graphics across formats and platforms.

You’ll lead end-to-end concept development, collaborate with producers and creatives, and push ideas that balance UX, narrative, and commercial impact. Remote-first environment, strong benefit package offered.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing motion design across multiple channels.
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows; hands-on preferred.
• Lead end-to-end concept development from brief to delivery.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate ideas into visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end concept development and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with producers, internal marketing and creatives to craft campaigns.
• Ensure a strong, compelling idea sits at the heart of all executions.
• Develop and refine 2D/3D motion content across formats and platforms.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency in style, tone and delivery.
