Job summary

McLemore Building Maintenanc is seeking staff for the Dallas, TX area to provide routine cleaning across facilities. Duties include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and general surface cleaning throughout shifts. Employees must follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

The role supports operations with on-time task completion, reports maintenance needs, and offers opportunities for cross-training in other areas as assigned by the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and tools.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and service restrooms using proper disinfectants and equipment.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after operating hours.
• Check electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
• Wear proper PPE when handling cleaning agents.
• Arrive on time and complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Identify and report equipment repairs to ensure proper maintenance.
• Crosstrain in other duties or areas as assigned by the Supervisor.
