Job summary

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Interest in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, or process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in AI technologies and marketing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of marketing campaigns with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist with managing project workflows, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

Your Role
  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and projects by partnering with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with managing project workflows, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project status within the team's project management tools.
  • Help plan and coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, and other campaign-related activities.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, identifying risks and helping keep projects on track.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the marketing organization.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and attribution efforts, including UTM creation and link management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple marketing disciplines and functions.
Your Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, or process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits. Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO or IL. Please review the position location for the applicable geographic location.

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows: $25.00 - $25.00 Illinois hourly rate range is as follows: $25.00 - $25.00 This application window is a good‑faith estimate of the time that this posting will remain open.
