Job summary

Northeastern School District is seeking an organized individual to assist with student record keeping for graduation activities. You will help compile lists of eligible graduates, gather information to order caps and gowns, collect diploma details, and maintain fundraiser and materials records for commencement.

Preference may be given to current high school employees; guidance will come from the school board and administration.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as accepted by the school board and administration

Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling and maintaining an accurate list of students eligible for graduation in the current school year
• Assist with gathering information from students to order caps & gowns
• Assist with gathering information from seniors for diplomas
• Assist with maintaining fundraiser record of both entire class and individual accounts for each graduating student
• Assist with maintaining records related to all materials needed for graduation and commencement activities
• Due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, preference will be given to current high school employees.
