Job summary

Aurora Public Schools seeks a licensed educator for a designated role eligible for a Hard to Fill stipend. The position carries a $5,000 annual stipend, paid in two installments of $2,500 in January and June, contingent upon working the full semester.

To be eligible, staff must hold CDE licensure and endorsement to teach the class, and instruct students in the identified area for at least 50% of the assignment. This incentive acknowledges challenging vacancies within the district.
