• Cultivate a safe, welcoming and rigorous learning environment.
• Use assessment data to inform instruction and improve student learning.
• Utilize online student systems to track student progress.
• Contribute to program design and implementation at grade level.
• Participate in staff programs and academic planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively and maintain relations with students, colleagues, and families.
• Enforce and uphold school policies and culture.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by Administration.
