Inwood Academy for Leadership is seeking a 26-27 Elementary School Teacher for a full-time position in New York, NY. The role involves collaborative team teaching or individual instruction in a standards-based, active-learning environment.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a valid NYS teaching certificate is preferred; prior urban teaching experience and Spanish proficiency are also favored.

• Communicate effectively and maintain consistent relationships with students, colleagues, and families
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by Administration
