JOBSUMMARY
The Speech and Debate Advisor/Coach develops, supervises, and coordinates a comprehensive high school speech and debate program that promotes student growth in public speaking, critical thinking, argumentation, leadership, communication, citizenship, and academic excellence. The advisor fosters a safe, inclusive, and positive environment while ensuring compliance with district policies, Oregon law and OSAA rules.
