Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver | Regional Dedicated Fleet | Home Every 2 Weeks & Up to $97,240/Year

THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE

• High Weekly Earning Potential: Average $1,519 weekly ($78,988 average annual gross), with top weekly earners making $1,870 ($97,240 top annualized).
• Compensation Plan: Mileage pay structure enhanced by additional Safety Bonus Incentives.

ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS

• Regional dry van operation delivering across the lower 48 states with regular routes in WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, WY, CO, NM, ME, KS, OK, TX, IA, MO, AR, LA, MS, TN, KY, IL, IN, AL, GA, FL, VA, and OH.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight. Loads are a mix of drop-and-hook, live unloading, and live reloading depending on location.
• Fleet & Mileage: Averaging an estimated 2,500 miles per week driving company-provided automatic transmission condo sleeper trucks.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Home Every 2 Weeks: Out on the road for 2 weeks with 2 full days at home for reset.
• Steady dedicated mileage demand providing consistent routine across key regional corridors.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING

• Requires a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• High proficiency in on-time performance, strong communication, and safety compliance.
• Mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations utilizing DOT drug screening.
