Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Solo Truck Driver for a multi-state regional route with weekly home time and a lucrative pay package. You’ll earn a weekly average of $1,300 to $1,600, with about $67k–$83k annually, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first two months.

Compensation includes a flat $0.63 CPM with accessorials, plus $240 per unloaded trailer and $50 backhaul pay. Training is provided; you’ll be home weekly and must be able to handle night/early morning shifts

  • Operating Area: Multi-state regional coverage across FL, GA, SC, and AL averaging 1,100–1,300 weekly miles.
  • Freight Details: 100% touch freight requiring box-by-box unloading with rollers at retail store locations. Drivers train via a 1-week ride-along ($150/day) out of Savannah, GA.
• Home Time & Work Schedule
  • Weekly Reset: Home weekly for a solid 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed).
  • Parking Rule & Shifts: Must maintain a secure home parking location for your tractor and trailer. Early morning deliveries require night/early morning driving, with mandatory night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

  • Experience Rule: Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience acquired over the last 3 years (within the past 36 months).
