Job summary

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Washington, DC. This role focuses on inspecting and maintaining appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems in apartment buildings to ensure move-in readiness.

The position is full-time and contract, with a Monday–Friday day schedule. Ideal candidates have at least one year of HVAC and maintenance experience and solid basic knowledge of appliances and plumbing.
