The Department of Physical Education offers two programs at the undergraduate level; teacher certification and anon-teacher certification to prepare the contemporary professional. The program is Nationally Accredited, andall faculty are highly engaged within the discipline and have active researchagendas in which to include students.

ESU's Department of Physical Education offers a BS in Physical Education with a dual major in Physical Education andHealth Education to enhance the professional preparation of the students.
