QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess Missouri Teacher Certification

REPORTS TO: Building Principal/Athletic Director

SUPERVISES: 45 student athletes

JOB GOAL: To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.
• Planning and scheduling practices in season.
• Maintaining necessary paperwork.
• Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and establishes and oversees penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.
• Organizing clinics and camps when appropriate.
• Organize and oversee off-season conditioning.
• Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.

DURATION OF POSIITON: November - May

FLSA: Exempt

CLEARANCES: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance

CLASS IV: Pay Range: $3,904 - $5,205
