Job Title: 25-26 Assistant Boys Soccer Coach

Organization: Racine Unified School District

Description

The position is subject to the District's right to withdraw or eliminate it at any time due to changes in student enrollment, student/teacher ratios, attendance areas, etc.

Qualifications

• WIAA coaches certification or State teachers license required.
• Knowledge of Soccer rules, regulations, and skill instruction.
• Previous experience as a soccer participant or coach in college or high school preferred.
• CPR/AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach as assigned.
• Provide proper instruction and supervision of athletes in locker rooms, transportation, and facilities.
• Dedicate necessary time as designated by the head coach.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, officials, parents, and the community.
• Maintain a positive role model image, including sportsmanship, language, and attire.
