Description

Each vacant position offered is subject to the right of the District to withdraw or eliminate it at any time in the event of changes in student enrollment, student/teacher ratios, attendance areas, etc., which may alter the need for personnel.

Qualifications

• WIAA coach certification or State teachers license is required.
• Current knowledge of Football rules and regulations and skill instruction.
• Five years of past college or high school experience as a Football participant or coach is preferred.
• CPR/AED training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as designated by Activities Director.
• Organize and lead high school age students.
• Commit the time needed to maintain a successful program.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, officials, faculty, and the public (including media).
• Attend meetings and perform duties required by the W.I.A.A./Conference/School District.
• Supervise and direct assistant coach(es) as needed.
• Maintain a positive role model image, including sportsmanship, proper language, and appropriate attire.
