Hopkinton High School is seeking a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional with ABA to support students in the Integrated Preschool. This role involves providing instructional support, monitoring student behavior, and working collaboratively with a variety of staff to enhance educational opportunities for students with disabilities. Candidates should possess an Associate's Degree or have passed the ParaPro exam, with effective communication and experience in behavioral analysis preferred.
TITLE: Special Education Paraprofessional w/ABA
TYPE OF POSITION: Part-Time (.9); anticipated start date: 8/25/2025; salary range $28.41-$30.14/hour, based on collective bargaining agreement and experience
LOCATION: Hopkinton Integrated Preschool, Hopkinton, Massachusetts

NOTE: Paraprofessional may be required to work during the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
The primary responsibility of all Paraprofessionals is to provide social-emotional, behavioral, and instructional support and interventions to students in various settings. The Special Education Paraprofessional with ABA assists classroom teachers, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and other staff, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other methodologies to support students with disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting students in reducing maladaptive behaviors that hinder access to the curriculum and development. The Paraprofessional reports to the Principal and Director of Student Services, with guidance from the BCBA, Learning Specialists, and classroom teachers.
