A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional with ABA skills to support students with disabilities in various learning environments. This position requires effective communication, training in Applied Behavior Analysis, and collaboration with teachers and behavior analysts to foster positive student development and engagement.
TITLE: Special Education Paraprofessional w/ABA
TYPE OF POSITION: Part-Time (.9); anticipated start date 8/25/2025; salary per collective bargaining agreement, commensurate with experience (range $28.41-$30.14/hour)
LOCATION: Hopkinton Integrated Preschool, Hopkinton, Massachusetts

NOTE: Paraprofessional may be required to work the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
The primary responsibility of all Paraprofessionals is to provide social-emotional, behavioral, and instructional support and interventions to students in all settings. The Special Education Paraprofessional with ABA assists classroom and/or special education teachers, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and other professional staff, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other methodologies to support students with disabilities. This role involves supporting students in decreasing maladaptive behaviors that hinder access to the curriculum and development of their potential. The Paraprofessional reports to the Principal and Director of Student Services, with guidance from the BCBA, Learning Specialists, and classroom teachers.
