A leading mental health authority in Michigan is seeking a master's level clinician to provide enhanced outpatient services for children with dual diagnoses. The role involves therapy, case management, and collaboration with various providers, emphasizing a strength-based and wellness-oriented approach. Applicants should hold a relevant master's degree and have experience working with children and families.
Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Coordinator or Supervisor of Children’s Integrative Treatment Clinic, serve as a master's level professional clinician providing enhanced and outreach outpatient services across multiple levels of care for dually diagnosed children and their families. These services include:
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. An appropriate State of Michigan credential is also required. Candidates must have at least one year of professional or paraprofessional experience in examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families, or one academic year of graduate practicum/internship experience with children and families. One year of post-Master’s experience with minors and families within the past 6 years is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to work well with others is essential. Possession of a Michigan Certified Addictions Counselor credential may be required. A valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Conditional Employment Requirement: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background verification and credentialing, including Michigan State Police clearance, professional license verification, Medicaid/Medicare verification, driving record check, educational background check, and work history verification. A poor driving record may disqualify an applicant.

Salary/Hours: $58,843 - $66,788 annually, with scheduled increases potentially reaching $77,230. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
