Job summary

Southside Unlimited is seeking dedicated staff to empower adults with developmental disabilities to thrive. You will champion change, connect the community through volunteer opportunities, and coach individuals to build job skills and daily coping strategies.

This role emphasizes empathetic service, individualized support, and collaboration with a supportive team to create meaningful outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Have some prior experience working with people with disabilities and providing behavioral support.
• Possess a reliable vehicle that seats up to 3 additional people and maintain a DMV record with no more than 3 points in the last 4 years.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with proof of car insurance and vehicle registration.
• Be CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.
• Pass a background check.
