Responsibilities

• Operate a Computer Telephone Integrated Switchboard to handle general, employee, physician, department and patient calls.
• Provide dispatch and communication support for security, facilities and hospital operations.
• Enter patient/caller information into the system and maintain accurate logs.
• Monitor alarms and paging systems and coordinate with appropriate teams.
• Assist with clerical duties and data reporting as needed.
