Job summary

Peraton is hiring a Watch Operations (WO) Analyst to monitor ground and space-based assets and warn against threats to mission protection. You will develop TTPs, COAs, and support I&W tool integration while maintaining 24/7 crew readiness at a government facility in Springfield, VA.

Qualified candidates have extensive space defense operations experience, active TS/SCI with poly, and the ability to brief leadership on mission status and threats.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with adjudicated Poly.
• Experience in space defense operations or IC or space MGSs with degree; strong alternative experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ground and space-based asset statuses and warn against threats to enterprise systems.
• Maintain certification and readiness for 24/7 WO crew position.
• Develop TTPs, COAs and improve checklists and job aids.
• Support integration of I&W tools and capabilities.
• Create reports and brief leadership on space events
• Participate in space event planning and exercises
• Back-up Mission Director tasks as required
• Identify gaps and mitigate risks to mission success
• Work full-time on-site at a government facility in Springfield, VA
