You will handle clock-in issues, provide site access support, and document incidents for client transparency. Weekend and overnight rotations are required to ensure service quality.

Responsibilities

• Run confirmation calls for tomorrow's unconfirmed shifts and today's at-risk ones, coordinating with agencies and guards to secure commitments.
• Monitor on-site check-ins in real time to verify events before they affect clients.
• Fill open shifts quickly by sourcing replacements from agency pools, maintaining coverage.
• Escalate for backup activation when a confirmed guard nears start time but goes silent.
• Serve as the guard and agency help line for clock-in app issues, posting instructions, and site access problems.
• Log incidents and outcomes for Account Managers and performance tracking with agencies.
