Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Alarm Monitoring & Dispatch Specialist to support Speedway locations and Enon office complex. You will monitor burglary/intrusion signals, troubleshoot alarm panels, and assist with installation and programming of components.

You’ll identify root causes and coordinate resolutions with the Security Alarm Center. You will conduct Live Store Tours via DVR systems, respond to incidents, and work in a 24/7/365 environment with overtime, maintaining confidentiality and safety

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Associates/2-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and requests professionally and promptly.
• Monitor alarm signals for stores, offices & warehouses.
• Process and communicate incident details to stakeholders.
• Perform Live Store Tours via DVR systems remotely.
• Respond to alerts related to fraudulent store transactions.
• Follow procedures in the internal Knowledge Base.
