Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) is seeking a security associate to provide 24/7 protection for corporate offices, business units, and associates. The role involves monitoring CCTV and hotlines, reporting potential risks, and coordinating emergency responses across nationwide locations.

The successful candidate will monitor high risk sites, issue employee access badges, and maintain access controls using Honeywell Pro-Watch, while preparing daily activity logs and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in security or related area.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and be on call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and telephone hotlines for Learning Development Center and locations nationwide.
• Provide reports to leadership based on potential risks.
• Monitor high risk locations via CCTV and conduct virtual patrols to ensure associate safety.
• Provide information and assistance to associates regarding emergencies and general issues.
• Coordinate information exchange during all emergency situations.
• Identify and report minor mechanical and security system errors.
• Seek supervisor guidance for non-routine issues.
• Prepare reports, activity logs and files for daily duties.
• Create employee access badges and monitor access control with Honeywell Pro-Watch.
