Abhealthnetwork seeks a Residential Support Staff to provide direct, front-line care in a 24/7 mental health treatment environment. You will supervise residents, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu while ensuring the facility’s daily schedule is followed.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, non-violent crisis intervention, documentation of incidents in the EMR, and communication with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.).
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or hospital settings is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 supervision of residents to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct documented safety checks and rounds per facility protocol.
• Monitor resident interactions and use approved de-escalation techniques.
• Assist residents with ADLs including hygiene and room cleanliness.
• Facilitate daily facility schedule: meals, groups, appointments.
• Lead non-clinical psychoeducational activities and community meetings as assigned.
• Model professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Coordinate and supervise recreational activities to promote social engagement.
