The position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus demonstrated NRS duties experience and supervisory capability. Strong focus on safety, transfers, and coordination with treatment teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in NRS duties; supervisory competence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Neuro Rehabilitation Specialists in patient treatment programs.
• Shift coverage across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights; may work at residential site, clinic(s), or in the community.
• Prepare and present NRS performance evaluations.
• Handle receptionist duties and inventory, as needed.
• Coordinate safety and transfers for patients up to 150 pounds.
