Centre for Neuro Skills is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Care Provider in Austin, TX. This full-time role involves supervising and training patients with brain injuries in ADLs and therapeutic home programs within a residential setting.

You will lead activities, support independence, document progress, and accompany clients on outings, ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Requires HS diploma and clean background checks.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License: With an acceptable driving record
• Work Experience: Successful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and household tasks).
• Teach and support independence skills.
• Document client progress and activities.
• Accompany clients on community outings, shopping trips, and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
