Job summary

NAES Corporation seeks an O&M / Electrical Technician to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Siemens 501FD2 turbines and balance‑of‑plant systems at the Rolling Hills facility in Wilkesville, Ohio. You’ll ensure safe, reliable operation, manage logs, and support maintenance during outages.

Qualifications include a high school diploma; an associate degree or military/technical training is preferred, plus strong troubleshooting, safety, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments is desired.
• Familiarity with combustion turbines, generators and balance‑of‑plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Siemens 501FD2 turbines and balance‑of‑plant systems.
• Record plant parameters using the DCS, meters, and gauges; perform rounds for deviations.
• Perform tests, inspections, and minor mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Report abnormal conditions and take corrective action per procedures.
• Prepare equipment per SOPs and LOTO requirements; maintain logs accurately.
• Support preventive/corrective maintenance during outages and normal ops.
• Utilize CMMS to initiate work requests and document actions.
