Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to support a 24/7 operations team on Oahu, Hawaii. This CONUS role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance and offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with final offers based on experience and market data.

The role involves monitoring mission systems, coordinating with government project managers, and leading or mentoring watch teams to ensure timely, secure operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 4 years of team experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as part of a 24/7 support team.
• Work within a rotating watch to ensure project deliverables.
• Monitor mission systems and IT infrastructure and provide rapid issue resolution.
• Serve as escalation liaison and communicate updates to leadership and government managers.
• Prepare SOPs, status reports, and pass down briefings for on-coming teams.
• Coordinate with Government Project Managers and staff to identify risks and improvements.
