Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of OR nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• CNOR is preferred; BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 supervision and coordination of day-to-day OR operations.
• Lead and coordinate patient care and OR personnel.
• Maintain unit standards based on current literature and practice.
• May take on additional responsibilities in the Director of Surgical Services' absence.
• Administrative call rotation is required.
