The role covers Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for 24/7 operations in CUI and Secret environments, enabling real-time troubleshooting and operational stability for national defense missions.

The candidate will handle incident management, ticketing, and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in help desk or NOC environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for deployed communication systems
• Monitor and respond to support requests via ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot network and mission-critical systems including Link 16, JREAP-C, SIPR
• Support SIL capabilities and mission initialization activities
• Escalate issues to SMEs and document solutions
