Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years NOC experience; 1–2 years customer service experience; CCNA/JNCIA certs or ability to obtain within 90 days; working knowledge of networking principles; familiarity with Verizon T1 troubleshooting; knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems; strong MS Office and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced operations environment and ability to meet SLA targets; proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to continue professional growth through vendor certifications and Skyline training.

Responsibilities

Evaluate incoming cases, incidents and requests to assess impact and urgency.
Communicate status updates with customers via ticketing system and phone calls.
Document calls and update tickets; notify proper teams and coordinate responses.
Follow up on tickets to ensure timely updates and closure.
Respond to cases within defined SLA targets and perform thorough investigations.
Coordinate dispatches and field access; support in SOP creation and process refinement.
Pursue certifications to advance networking knowledge and skills.
